Stayed at the hotel for a family gathering near the Nationals ballpark. Despite some check-in issues, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate everyone. The room sizes were comfortable, and complimentary breakfast and rooftop access were enjoyable perks. The location was fantastic for attending the game and being close to the stadium. Overall, a pleasant stay with friendly staff and convenient amenities.

I keep coming back for weekends because it suits me perfectly. The staff helped with plug adaptors on my first stay. With Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, and a kitchen, I have no regrets. Plus, no smoking, air conditioning, and pet-friendly.

We had such great time at the hotel and would definitely return here. We appreciated our 3-nights stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The setting was stunning, very close to the monuments, subway, the main attractions and metro-station. Southeast district was worth visiting.

The complimentary evening social on Wednesdays was a delightful surprise! It felt like stumbling upon a hidden treasure. I mingled with other guests and enjoyed the American cuisine - it was like a mini neighborhood block party. The atmosphere was so warm and inviting.

The room we stayed in at Homewood Suites was absolutely exceptional. It was impeccably clean and had a cozy, home-like atmosphere. The rooftop deck was a delightful surprise, offering breathtaking views and a perfect spot to unwind. We especially enjoyed cooking on the grill and spending a relaxing evening there. The breakfast spread was outstanding, with a great variety of options that catered to both adults and kids. Our whole family loved it!

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. Firstly, the price I paid was really reasonable, especially considering the location right across from the Metro station. Secondly, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay – from the attention to detail in the rooms on higher floors to the friendly service at breakfast. Lastly, I loved having a kitchen in the room, and the plush bed made for a great night's sleep.

My son and his family, including his pregnant wife and two young children, recently stayed at Homewood Suites for two nights. We felt completely safe, the kids had a blast in the pool, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well-managed and offers a delicious breakfast and evening snacks. The bed was comfortable and the shampoo/conditioner smelled amazing. If value for money is what you're after, this place definitely delivers. I also loved the convenient location near the Navy Yard/Ballpark Metro station and the variety of dining options within walking distance, including our family favorite - Shake Shack. Valet parking is available for a fee. We'll definitely be staying here again if we're in the area.

We had an absolutely amazing stay, loved it. Hip new hotel, above average breakfasts, unbeatable location right across from the metro to travel to the museums. The staff was consistently courteous, attentive, and everything was excellent. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. There was a nice pool on site too.

Cozy and stylish room, comfy beds, good hot breakfast. I got free upgrade and loved it. Don't forget to explore Southeast district.

There were a few aspects that I didn't like during my stay. the breakfast was a major disappointment.

The rooms had a lot of space, perfect for my big ego. The location was excellent, I felt like a queen being able to walk around and take the metro. Free laundry was great because yes, even queens can do laundry sometimes.

Oh, the smell of wet dog in the hallway was simply delightful. And don't get me started on the confusing light switches, it was like a game trying to figure out which one turned off what!

The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation better for senior people is more attentive service from the children working there.
